Mike Hirth | Principal
 
mike hirthMike Hirth is a leading commercial expert that focuses primarily on office space in the West Valley. In addition to managing the commercial brokerage, he is responsible for directing the company’s user-driven development projects. Prior to 101 West, Mike was exposed to both a national brokerage at Coldwell Banker Commercial where he polished his “best practice” brokerage skills and at a 30 year old West Valley commercial brokerage where he honed his local knowledge expertise. Prior to that he spent his time working with small and mid-size business clients as a consultant for both Deloitte and Touche as well as with his own consulting firm.

Mike completed his undergraduate studies at University of Arizona and then later earned his MBA in 1998. He is an active member of the Wigwam Country Club as well as the Southwest Valley Chamber of Commerce. Mike is also a highly-respected resident of Litchfield Park since 1970 and has developed significant relationships with the West Valley’s most successful professionals.



Eric Wohler| Property Management Principal


Eric WohlerEric Wohler has over 20 years of experience in business, residential mortgage management, manufacturing and retail sales and marketing. Eric is an entrepreneur and has both owned and run his own business. He is a proven leader and has extensive relationships with many executives and business professionals throughout Arizona. Eric is a dynamic communicator and has a unique conceptual ability and is a natural problem solver.
Eric attended the University of Arizona. He has served on the Board of the Litchfield Park Historical Society and is an active member of the Litchfield Park community. Eric is also a member of the Wigwam Country Club has a passion for golf and the outdoors.



 

Richard Vasiloff| Property Manager – Leasing Advisor


richard vasiloffMr. Vasiloff retired from Lockheed Martin where he served as Vice President of Operations. In this capacity he managed various operations at the Goodyear facility including management of more than a million square foot of building space on 163 acres.  He managed the excess capacity of the facility (approximately 800,000 sq. ft.) from a loss position to a position of profit in four years during a difficult period for real estate. The effort included the sale of excess equipment and the leasing of idle space to a wide range of tenants. 
Following retirement Mr. Vasiloff joined Don Bennett & Associates, Inc. While with Don Bennett & Associates he was instrumental in the sale of the Lockheed Martin property twice, served as the Property Manager for more than two years, and was responsible for numerous leases.
Mr. Vasiloff has been very active in community activities including six years on the City Council of Litchfield Park.  He served four years as Vice Mayor and was then elected to a two-year term as Mayor.  He served as the city’s representative on the Maricopa County Regional Council for six years. He was President of the board of the Arizona Association of Industries and President of the board of the New Life Center serving victims of domestic violence. He also served on boards of the Phoenix Memorial Hospital and the West Valley Fine Arts Council. He is currently serving as Vice Chairman of the City of Litchfield Park Planning and Zoning Commission.
